Valerie is a proud native of San Antonio. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Development from The University of the Incarnate Word. With a diverse background in the medical field, Valerie's most recent experience has been in the home health sector, where she made a meaningful impact on patient care and team dynamics.

Outside of her professional life, Valerie has a deep appreciation for the arts, including music, theatre, and dance. In her spare time, she enjoys quality moments with family and friends, often gathering around the table for great food and lively conversation.

Zackry Maxey is a pioneering innovator in regenerative medicine technologies. Drawing on decades of experience in engineering, complex systems, and business development, Mr. Maxey has brought a fresh, analytical perspective to the rapidly evolving field of mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) therapies. His work focuses particularly on exploring new approaches to stem cell dosing, including higher cellular concentrations, administration methods, and data-driven therapeutic outcomes. Through his involvement in international regenerative medicine initiatives, Mr. Maxey is challenging conventional approaches to treatment protocols and advocating for more individualized treatment strategies to improve regenerative medicine’s most promising frontier, Mesenchymal Stem Cell Therapy (MSCT).

Michelle earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Texas at Tyler. She is passionate about helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals.Michelle believes every patient deserves to be treated with the same kindness, respect, and attention she would want for her own family. She is committed to building trusting relationships and providing care that empowers patients to live healthier, more confident lives.Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her family, staying active through fitness and working out, and continually expanding her knowledge to provide the highest level of care for her patients.

Shasha is a born Georgian but Texas native. She has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science from the University of Houston. She’s been working with New Beginnings for over a year and in customer service for 8 years and has a passion for hospitality. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends

Haley is a certified medical assistant and has been working with New Beginnings for over a year. She is all about customer service and always tries to exceed expectations and offer quality care. She enjoys doing outdoor activities and has two pets that mean the most to her.
